Arrival at Essentials Spa Salon

At Essentials, treatments are scheduled by appointments. Please arrive for your appointment(s) fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are solely up to the client’s discretion. Gratuity is not included in gift cards, unless requested by the purchasing client.

Etiquette

To allow you maximum enjoyment of your treatments, you are always discreetly covered. Improper action or language will be cause for termination of treatment. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

If you’re looking for a great gift idea for a special friend, significant other or a family member, consider an Essentials Gift Card. They are great for every occasion. Gift cards may be purchased in any increment and used for any services or retail purchases. Gift cards can be purchased in person or over the phone. We will gladly mail them to you or the recipient. The gift of Essentials is sure to please!

Spa Parties

From bridal and birthday parties to special celebrations to friends who want to spend time together, our spa parties are ideal for any occasion. For your spa party, you will have use of our spa area and lounge. The spa lounge availability is limited - please schedule in advance. Party particulars: Parties must consist of 3 or more people receiving services.
